The project uses daylighting as the organizing principle. All circulation is daylit. The second floor was shifted the width of the first floor corridor to shade the west windows and allow for a continuous skylight for the first floor.
Sustainable features: Daylighting with dimmable control system, Exterior shading louvers (originally designed), Low-E glazing, Stained concrete floors, High efficiency VAV boxes and, Variable Frequency Drive Fans.
