OLIVE TREE BUSINESS PARK – Office / Warehouse Building, Dallas, TX

The project uses tilt-up concrete panels for an office/warehouse building in Dallas. Compact and efficient master planning was applied to this site to maximize the build-out relative to parking required for types of occupancy. Complete tenant buildout services provided includes a deli in the end-bay.
Design features: Structural frame is barjoists and steel columns. The tilt-up allows for a continuous arcade. Six overhead doors are provided in rear at grade.
The Office/Warehouse building is 14,000 sq.ft. and the masterplan allows for the development two additional, similar pads. Completed April 2002.
